Policies and Prices

Payment for Services:

Sessions are $120 for 60 minutes, $180 for 90 minutes.

Scheduling:

Please schedule your appointment using the online scheduler. It will allow you to see available times, make appointments and pay for your session. Here, you can also cancel or reschedule your appointment, giving at least 24 hour notice (see below.)

Rescheduling or Canceling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you give me at least 24 hour notice. I start working long before the session starts, so I request the early notification. If you cancel or reschedule and don’t give 24 hour notice, the full price of the session will be charged.

No-shows:

Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount of their missed appointment. 

Being late for an appointment:

Your appointments are specifically set for you. If you arrive late, your appointment time will be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments following yours. Payment will remain the same as the agreed upon fee. 

Confidentiality:

Your experiences and information during our sessions are kept strictly confidential, unless you instruct me to release information to a specified health care practitioner. The only exceptions are if I am subpoenaed or otherwise legally obligated (including circumstances where there is clear and imminent danger to yourself or another person.)

Since our work together will be conducted over the phone, FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, and email, it is not possible for me to guarantee the confidentiality of the information contained in any of our electronic communications due to circumstances that are out of my control.
